Our chocolate bouquets come with a best before date on the base of the box.

Ideally our stuffed balloons should be gifted on the same day as pick up, or as soon as possible after.. Balloons need to be stored in a cool,dark location if they are not being given straight away as oxidation will cause the balloon to go cloudy. We will supply a black plastic bag to cover your balloon to protect against oxidation and air leakage which should mean your balloon will stay up and fresher looking for a bit longer than you need.

Please be aware when choosing  gifts that they cannot exceed 10cm in diameter if they are not soft enough to be folded, in order to fit through the balloon hole. Total weight should not exceed 2kgs.

At least 48hrs notice is needed to create a chocolate bouquet or stuffed balloon.

B.Y.O gifts need to be received at least 48hr before pick up/delivery.

We offer delivery to a select. number of suburbs on the southern end of the coast for a fee of $25. Delivery is free for over $120. Delivery fees are applied during checkout. If delivery is not available pickup is from Kariong - address supplied at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.. Payments must be made at time of ordering, otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.

Cancellations prior to 48hrs of pick up/delivery will receive a full refund or can opt to reschedule for a later date. Cancellations received within the 48hr pick up/delivery window are not eligible for a refund.

Once the product is in your care it is no longer our responsibility. 

However, should your balloon bursts in your care, based on our availability, we may be able to remake the balloon. This will incur an extra charge of $20, providing all stock, apart from the balloon, is returned ($30 if the balloon includes a personalised decal).

There are no returns or refunds for change of mind or chocolate that melts in your care.
